Supervision

For over five years across multiple settings, I have provided mentorship and both individual and group supervision to student trainees in pursuit of an undergraduate degree in psychology, an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology, and a doctorate degree in Clinical/Counseling/School Psychology.

I am dedicated to providing supportive, individualized, developmentally tailored supervision, and work to create an environment and supervisory relationship where supervisees feel safe and encouraged to consult, ask questions, seek support, challenge themselves, and share their thoughts, feelings, perspective, and ideas. I aim to provide trauma-informed, wellness-focused supervision, getting to know supervisees holistically and ensuring that supervisees not only grow in their professional competence but also prioritize their own well-being and feel supported in doing so. I strive to create a collaborative, reflective, safe space where supervisees can explore their professional challenges with confidence that their unique identities, values, and experiences will be respected and integrated into the supervisory process.

I currently provide supervision to predoctoral interns in the Priority Behavioral Health & Clinical Psychology Internship Program, an APA-accredited internship program in the College of Health Sciences and Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
